News

Hapoel Jerusalem officially announced the signing of Levi Randolph today. Randolph’s contract is a one-year deal, with an option for the 2023-24 season.

Jake Walters came off his rehab stint to make his first real start since undergoing elbow surgery last summer. Walters is still working on a pitch count (he threw 48 pitches), and pitched 2.2 innings.

Erin Routliffe and partner Alicja Rosolska prevailed in a 3-hour, 3-set match to advance to the third round of the doubles draw at Wimbledon.

Olivia Fotopoulou ran a personal-best 22.99 seconds in the prelims of the Women’s 200 Meter at the Mediterranean Games to advance to tomorrow’s finals. Fotopoulou already has 2 bronze medals (Women’s 100 Meter, Women’s 4×100 Meter Relay) at the Games.

Tommy Hunter surrendered his first earned run as a New York Met on a ninth-inning home run. Hunter’s streak spanned parts of 2 seasons (14 innings total).
