Hapoel Jerusalem officially announced the signing of Levi Randolph today. Randolph’s contract is a one-year deal, with an option for the 2023-24 season.

Jake Walters came off his rehab stint to make his first real start since undergoing elbow surgery last summer. Walters is still working on a pitch count (he threw 48 pitches), and pitched 2.2 innings.
