Kirani James won his Men’s 400 Meter semifinal heat with relative ease, with a winning time of 44.74 seconds. James has now reached the 400m finals of either the World Championships or Olympics 8 times in 12 years (and missed 2 years with Graves Disease).

Champion Allison also won his Men’s 400 Meter semifinal heat, with a time of 44.71 seconds. It will be Allison’s first appearance in a world final.
