JaMychal Green officially signed with the Golden State Warriors today, closing the loop on a whirlwind off-season that has seen Green opt into his 2022-23 option year, get traded from Denver to Oklahoma City, and reach a buy-out agreement with Oklahoma City. In his introductory press conference (see link below), Green indicated that he had intentions of signing with another NBA team until he received a phone call from Warriors head coach Steve Kerr while on vacation in Jamaica.
After a couple of seasons of off-and-on status on the practice squad, Lester Cotton is now competing for first-team snaps. Cotton and some of his teammates talk about Cotton’s NFL journey.
Landon Green made his professional debut in an Arizona Complex League game tonight.
Rolando McClain was arrested in Moulton, Alabama over the weekend after a traffic stop. McClain was charged with second-degree possession of marijuana, speeding, and possession of a concealed weapon without a permit.
