Saketh Myneni and partner Yuki Bhambri turned in a straight-set win to take the championship at the Rafa Nadal Open in Mallorca, Spain. For Myneni, it’s his 6th ATP Challenger doubles title of 2022, and 8th title overall for the year. Myneni and Bhambri have now combined for 5 Challenger titles and 2 ITF Futures title this year. Myneni is 8-1 in finals matches this year.

Morgan McCullough and Tyler Gentry both came up big in Northwest Arkansas’ 8-6 win over Tulsa. McCullough’s lead-off home run in the 7th tied the game at 5-5. Gentry’s 3rd hit of the night was a 2-out, 3-run homer to give Northwest Arkansas the lead. Gentry also threw out a runner at the plate.
George Teague will be an analyst this fall on the “Cowboys Game Day” pre-game show on CBS 11 in Dallas.

Kerry Goode, who was recently named one of this year’s Paul W. Bryant Alumni Award recipients, was honored during tonight’s game. Terrence Cody and Roy Upchurch were also honored as honorary captains for tonight’s game.
