Retin Obasohan’s 25 point, 7 rebound, 3 assist game sparked Belgium’s win over Bulgaria in the final game of the group phase at the FIBA EuroBasket championship. Belgium finished 3-2 in group play, and advanced to the Round of 16 of the championship. Belgium will face Slovenia on Saturday.

Washington head coach Ron Rivera said today that the swelling in Brian Robinson’s knee has gone down “an awful lot” and that he is now off crutches.

More Alabama players were named team captains for NFL teams today, as Mac Jones and Jonathan Allen were honored. Other Alabama players with team captaincy titles this season include Najee Harris, Derrick Henry, Jalen Hurts, Xavier McKinney, C.J. Mosley, and Tua Tagovailoa.

DeVonta Smith provided more details on the launch of his sneaker partnership with EndState. Sneaker owners will be invited to exclusive events, be awarded for on-field milestones, and have NFT rights as well.
