Tua Tagovailoa sustained head and neck injuries from a sack in the second quarter, and was transported to a nearby Cincinnati hospital. Tagovailoa was discharged near the end of the game, and slated to travel back to South Florida with the team. Tagovailoa is just four days removed from another injury that he and the Dolphins characterized as a back injury, but appeared to have possibly been a head injury as well. More on this story tomorrow.
