Erin Routliffe and partner Paige Hourigan won the doubles title at the ITF event in Tauranga, New Zealand with another straight-set victory. The second-seeded duo didn’t drop a set during the week, which included wins over the third and fourth seeds. The doubles championship is the 17th doubles titles (ITF and WTA combined) of Erin Routliffe’s career, and it’s her first-ever title on New Zealand soil.

Ricky Tarrant has signed with Manisa Büyükşehir Belediyesi of Turkey’s Basketbol Super Ligi for the remainder of the 2022-23 season. Tarrant began the season with TED Ankara Kolejiler of Turkey’s TBL, so he was already playing in the country. He moves up to the top division in Turkey.

Giles Amos has signed to play for Reds CDMX of the Liga de Fútbol Americano Profesional for the 2023 season. The Mexican league first drew the attention of Alabama fans when the league signed Trent Richardson in early 2021.
