Cam Robinson’s impending suspension for violating the NFL’s performance enhancing drug policy, rumored since April, will be a 4-game suspension. Statements were issued by both Robinson and the Jacksonville Jaguars confirming the suspension. Robinson will forfeit $3.55 million in base salary, and will lose any remaining guarantees in his contract.

The New Orleans Pelicans today declined the team’s $1.8 million option on Herb Jones for the 2023-24 season. By declining the option, the team starts the process of negotiating a long-term contract with Jones. Meanwhile, Jones becomes a restricted free agent.

Eryk Anders fought his most recent fight two weeks ago with a broken bone and torn ligament in his foot. The injuries will require lisfranc surgery, which will sideline him for the remainder of 2023. Anders, however, doesn’t rule out the possibility of taking on another fight BEFORE the surgery!

Abby Bauleke, Ixhelt Gonzalez, Bailey Moody, Mackenzie Soldan, and Lindsey Zurbrugg have been invited to Para Pan-Am Games selection camp next month. All five just competed in the IWBF World Championships. The Selection Camp will be held July 19-23, 2023 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, while the PPAGs are slated for mid-November in Santiago, Chile.
