Fox Sports officially announced the hiring of Mark Ingram as a participant on its Big Noon Kickoff college football pre-game show. Ingram, who still hasn’t officially announced his retirement from the NFL, has been rumored to be the heir apparent to replace Reggie Bush since last month.

Michael Kessens has officially signed with Paris Basketball of the French Betclic Elite league (its top-tier league). Kessens has spent all six of his professional seasons in the German BBL, including the past two seasons with Telekom Baskets Bonn, with whom he won a Champions League title this season.

Jereem Richards won the gold medal in the Men’s 400 Meter at the Central American and Caribbean Games with a personal best time of 44.54 seconds.

The New Orleans Pelicans officially announced today that it has signed Herb Jones to a new 4-year contract. The deal, reported last week, became official today with the opening of the NBA free agency period.

Despite interest from KK Partizan Belgrade and possibly the Portland Trailblazers, Donta Hall will reportedly remain with A.S. Monaco for the 2023-24 season. Hall has two years remaining on his contract with Monaco, but has buyout options.

Anfernee Jennings is doing what he can to help his hometown of Dadeville heal after a mass-murder occurred there last April.

Mark Ingram also took part in a “football vs. soccer” skills competition with D.C. United midfielder Mateusz Klich in a feature for Bleacher Report.

AJ McCarron hosted his annual shopping spree yesterday, taking 20 children to Academy Sports + Outdoors in Mobile. The even was co-sponsored by Mobile Police Department and Fire-Rescue Department. McCarron’s annual football camp will be Saturday.
