Nick Dunlap advanced to the finals of the U.S. Amateur Championship with a 3 & 2 win over Parker Bell. Dunlap, who won the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship in 2021, will try to become the first Alabama golfer since Jerry Pate to win the U.S. Amateur.
Peter Berry was named to the initial selection roster for the USA Men’s Wheelchair Basketball National Team that will compete at the 2023 Parapan American Games.

In the 90th minute of play tonight, NJ/NY Gotham goalkeeper Abby Smith went down with an injury, and Gotham had exhaused its available substitutions. Nealy Martin, who had subbed in 5 minutes earlier, was pressed into goalkeeper duties for the remaining 6 minutes of stoppage time. Martin, who had never played keeper before, did not have to handle any balls.
