Derrick Henry ran for 122 yards and a touchdown, and also threw his 3rd career touchdown pass, as Tennessee defeated Cincinnati 27-3. Henry became the 7th player in NFL history with 80 rushing touchdowns and 8,000 rushing yards.
Jalen Hurts engineered a comeback from a double-digit deficit for an overtime win. Per ESPN Stats, Hurts has now won each of his last 5 regular season starts when facing a double-digit deficit, joining Joe Montana (1989-90) and Steve Bartkowski (1980-81) as the only quarterbacks since 1950 with such a streak.
Kristen Gillman shot a closing round 65 at the Tuscaloosa Toyota Classic to finish T-3rd. She moves from 16th to 13th in the Epson Tour standings going into next week’s tour finale. Top 10 in final tour standings will earn LPGA Tour cards.
Levi Randolph scored 17 points to lead Hapoel Jerusalem to a championship in the Winner Cup, which is the Israeli Winner League pre-season tournament.
Justin Thomas won his singles match today at the Ryder Cup, and finished 1-2-1 for the week. Europe won the Ryder Cup, 16.5 to 11.5.
