Your Alabama Pro Athlete of the Week is Jake Walters. Walters threw a complete game 4-hit shutout to lead Oaxaca to a 1-0 win over Veracruz. It was Walters’ first career complete game as a professional.


Runner-up this week is Kristian Gkolomeev. At the Greek National Swimming Championships, Gkolomeev won 3 gold medals (50m Free, 100m Free, and 50m Fly) in all three individual events in which he entered.
