Your Alabama Pro Athlete of the Week is T.J. Reeves. Reeves homered in 4 straight games, including a walk-off grand slam. For the week, Reeves also had 10 RBI, .821 SLG, .400 OBP, and .357 batting average.

Shelby McEwen won the Men’s High Jump at the USATF Olympic Trials, and is headed to the Paris Olympics.

Alex Amankwah won the Men’s 800 Meter at the Penn Relays Summer Showcase.

Ruebin Walters finished 2nd in the Men’s 110 Meter Hurdles at the Trinidad and Tobago championships.

Chris Robinson finished 4th in the Men’s 400 Meter Hurdles at the USATF Olympic Trials.

Quanesha Burks finished 4th in the Women’s Long Jump at the USATF Olympic Trials.

Tamara Clark reached the finals of the Women’s 200 Meter at the USATF Olympic Trials.

Khaleb McRae reached the Men’s 400 Meter finals at the USATF Olympic Trials.

Lakareber Abe finished T-8th at the Dow Championship, which was just her 2nd career start on the LPGA Tour.

Nick Dunlap finished T-10th at the Rocket Mortgage Classic.

Garrett McMillan struck out 8 batters over 4.2 scoreless innings in relief, while allowing just 2 baserunners.

Brett Auerbach had a .444 on-base percentage and a .616 slugging percentage for the week.

Jim Jarvis had 3 consecutive multi-hit games, including a 3-hit game.

Ed Johnson hit .412 in his last 5 games.

Erin Routliffe reached the doubles finals of the WTA Rothesay International.

Daniel Giddens won the Mexican CIBACOPA championship with Rayos de Hermosillo.

Jada Rice had 14 points and 10 rebounds for Geelong.
