Today was the NFL deadline for teams to trim off-season rosters from 90 to 53. The list of former Alabama players affected is in the transaction section below. Some notes about today’s transactions:

• Players with 4 or more years of experience become free agents immediately.
• Players with less than 4 years of experience are subjected to waiver claims through noon ET tomorrow.
• Players placed on Injured Reserve with a return designation or on the Reserve / Physically Unable to Perform lists aren’t eligible to return until after Week 4.
• Teams can begin assembling practice squads after noon tomorrow.

Damien Harris will be part of CBS Sports HQ’s College Football Pregame, a three-hour Saturday morning studio show that will launch next week. Harris also recently joined The Athletic’s Until Saturday podcast as a permanent co-host.
