The Seattle Seahawks announced today that it has re-signed restricted free agent Josh Jobe. Jobe joined the Seahawks practice squad at the beginning of the 2024 season after he was waived by Philadelphia, and eventually earned his way onto the active roster and into the starting lineup.
Spring Breakout Prospect Showcase rosters all Major League Baseball teams were announced today, and Tyler Gentry, Andrew Pinckney, Dylan Ray, Ben Hess, Greg Farone, and Mac Guscette are all included on team rosters. The Spring Breakout will take place in Florida and Arizona between March 13-16.
The University of West Alabama announced today that Ronnie Clark and Blake Sims have joined Scott Cochran’s staff. Clark will coach running backs while Sims will handle wide receivers. UWA had previously announced that Thomas Fletcher was joining the staff as special teams and tight ends coach.
Antoine Pettway has been named a finalist for the 2024-25 Ben Jobe Award. The Jobe Award is given annually to the top minority head coach in Division I basketball.
D.J. Fluker is attempting another comeback. He was signed today by the DC Defenders of the UFL.
