In his second career start today, Jalen Hurts threw for 338 yards and 3 touchdowns, and ran for another 63 yards and his first career rushing touchdown in a narrow road by Philadelphia. Hurts is the 9th quarterback in NFL history with at least 4 touchdown passes and no interceptions in his first two starts, and is the first Eagle in 10 years to throw for 300+ yards, pass for 3 touchdowns and run for 1 touchdown. Here are a couple of highlight clips, with a few more posted below.

Derrick Henry rushed for 147 yards and a touchdown, and got most of the 4th quarter off. Henry now has career highs in carries (321) and rushing yards (1,679). With his touchdown today, Henry is just the fourth player in NFL history to have back-to-back seasons of 1,500 yards rushing and 15 touchdowns (Shaun Alexander is one of the other three). Henry’s 1,679 rushing yards this season are the most in the NFL since DeMarco Murray had 1,845 in 2014.

Despite missing his top three passing targets, Tua Tagovailoa led Miami to a 22-12 win over Miami. The win broke a streak of 11 straight wins by New England over rookie quarterback. Tagovailoa contributed two touchdowns on the ground to put the Patriots away.

Calvin Ridley marked his 26th birthday with a career high 163 receiving yards for Atlanta today. Ridley has surpassed the 100 yard mark in 3 straight games, and has 7 games with 100+ yards receiving on the season, which leads the NFL.

It was a special day for Justin Thomas and his father, Mike Thomas, as the father/son team won the PNC Championship in Orlando. The duo shot a 57 (15 birdies) to win the event by one stroke. The 57 was the second lowest score in this father/son event, which dates back to 1995.

On the injury front today, Quinnen Williams (head), James Carpenter (groin), and Shaun Dion Hamilton (elbow) all left their games today and didn’t return to action.
