Collin Sexton scored 21 points to set a new Cleveland franchise record by scoring 20+ points in 8 straight games to start a season. Previous record of 7 games was set by LeBron James at the beginning of the 2004-05 season. Sexton has now scored over 20 points in 13 straight games, dating back to last season.

Derrick Henry was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week for Week 17. It’s his second POTW honor this season, and the fourth of his career.

You all know that Kira Lewis is fast, but according to the NBA’s advanced stats, Lewis is currently the fastest player in the NBA among players that have averaged more than five minutes per game. Lewis, who has averaged 6.4 minutes in the two games he has appeared in, has an average speed of 5.60 mph.

Champions League play resumed today, with Retin Obasohan and ERA Nymburk taking on JDA Dijon in group play. Nymburk came away with a 94-54 win, with Obasohan leading the way with 20 points and 6 assists. Obasohan, who played 26+ minutes off the bench, was a team-high +42.

Justin Thomas defends his title at the Sentry Tournament of Champions this week in Hawaii. First round begins tomorrow.
