The Miami Dolphins activated Tua Tagovailoa off Injured Reserve today, clearing the way for him to start against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Jacksonville tomorrow. In other roster new, Deonte Brown hurt his knee in practice yesterday and was placed on IR today by Carolina. Jerry Jeudy returned to practice for Denver, and has been designated to return from IR. Andre Smith has been elevated from the practice squad by Baltimore in a standard elevation. This marks Smith’s second elevation, which is the maximum that a team can use on a player without signing him for the remainder of the season.
