Ashley Priess-Johnston has been named head coach of The University of Alabama gymnastics program, and will be formally introduced in a press conference on Friday. Priess was an integral part of the 2011 and 2012 national championship teams while a gymnast at Alabama. As a coach, she served at the University of Illinois for a season, and has spent the past four seasons as assistant coach and associate head coach at Auburn.
