Introduced to the media in New York today, David Robertson says he’s fine with the anticipated set-up role he’ll fulfill with the Mets in 2023, saying that he “just wants to win.”
The New Orleans Saints placed Mark Ingram on Injured Reserve today, ending Ingram’s regular season and possibly his second tenure with the Saints. Ingram suffered a partial tear of his MCL in Week 13, and will now be out at least until Week 18, the final week of the regular season. Ingram could conceivably return for the Wild Card weekend of the playoffs, though the Saints are a longshot to make the playoffs.
