Philadelphia lost to Kansas City 38-35, but not without epic performances by Jalen Hurts and DeVonta Smith. Hurts rushed for 70 yards and 3 touchdowns, and also threw for 304 yards and another touchdown. Smith had 100 receiving yards, including two long receptions to set up Eagle scoring drives. Some milestones achieved tonight by the duo:
- Hurts’ 70 rushing yards are the most ever by a quarterback in a Super Bowl.
- Hurts’ 3 touchdowns equal the most ever by any player in a Super Bowl.
- Hurts is the first player in Super Bowl history to throw for a touchdown and rush for 2 touchdowns (and he added a third).
- Hurts’ first rushing touchdown was the first touchdown scored by an Alabama alumnus in a Super Bowl.
- Hurts’ 304 passing yards are the most ever by an Alabama quarterback in a Super Bowl.
- Smith’s 100 receiving yards are the most ever by an Alabama player in a Super Bowl.

Justin Thomas rallied with a final round 65 at the WM Phoenix Open to finish -13, solo 4th. It’s Thomas’ best finish of the 2022-23 season, and his best finish at the WM Phoenix Open since a T-3rd finish in 2020.
Emma Talley finished T-4th at the Vic Open in Australia. It was Talley’s first time playing in the event, which has both a men’s and women’s field.
