Davis Shore rallied with a final round 66 to finish solo 2nd at the JHSF Aberto do Brasil (PGA Tour Latinoamerica). Shore’s birdie on 18 gave him a share of the lead, but the co-leader birdied the final hole to avert a playoff. Shore finished in the Top 5 in back-to-back tour events during the South American swing.
The Detroit Tigers announced that Dylan Smith will begin the 2023 season in Double-A. Smith was assigned to the Erie SeaWolves of the Eastern League.
