Nick Dunlap shot a bogey-free 63 today to move in contention at the Houston Open. Dunlap, -7, is one shot behind a five-way tie for the lead.

The United Football League debuted today, with AJ McCarron and the St. Louis Battlehawks losing an 18-16 decision to the Michigan Panthers. McCarron threw 2 touchdown passes, including one with less than 50 seconds left to give St. Louis a 16-15 lead, but Michigan would hit a 64-yard field goal with 8 seconds left to win.

The National Wheelchair Basketball Association announced the final roster for the 2024 US Women’s Wheelchair Basketball National Team, which will compete in the 2024 Paralympic Games. Included on the team are Bailey Moody, Abbe Bauleke, Lindsey Zurbrugg, Ixhelt Gonzalez, and onetime Alabama adapted athlete Emily Oberst. The coaching staff includes former Alabama player Desiree Miller, and current Alabama staffers Ryan Hynes and Alex Curry. On the men’s team, Peter Berry was named as an alternate.
