Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins finally agreed to terms on a long-overdue contract extension today. First reported by Athletes First, Tagovailoa’s agency, the extension is reportedly for four years at $212.4 million, with $167.1 million guaranteed. The $53.1 million annual value on the new years is the third-largest in NFL history (behind Joe Burrow’s and Trevor Lawrence’s recent contract extension).
